GRADUATION ATTIRE HIRING FORM

 No Refund will be issued if the wrong attire is hired due to incorrect client selection.

Late Return Penalty: 50% of the hire fee per day.

Failure to Return (7+ days late): 100% of the item’s retail value will be charged, and legal action may follow.

 Minor Damage: R200 or less – no charge.

Severe Damage/Loss/Theft: Customer is liable for full replacement cost.

No refunds for last-minute or change-of-mind cancellations.

All items are rented “as new” or “near new.” Minor imperfections may exist.

I have inspected and verified that the gown, cap, and belt are correct for my institution.
